Content Creator Program Terms

These Creator Terms of Service are a contract between you and REALDiscovery LLC (HuntScore). By publishing content on the HuntScore Site and any services accessible from the HuntScore Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Creator Terms Terms of Service.

Earning Money

When you publish content on HuntScore, you can earn money when visitors and subscribers view your content. HuntScore will share a portion of the revenue earned from ads displayed on your content and subscription revenue from users viewing your content. As long as your content is displayed on HuntScore, you can earn money from your content. The portion of ad revenue and subscription revenue shared with content creators may change from time to time. The methodology for tracking ad revenue and/or apportioning subscription may change from time to time. Content creators will be notified 30 days in advance of any changes.

Current Content Revenue Shares

Ad Revenue from page: 90% of ad revenue earned from the content page goes to the content creator
Subscription Revenue: Up to 10% of a subscribers revenue is available if a subscribers views your content

Subscriber revenue share is apportioned across all creator content viewed by the subscriber. If your content was viewed you will earn a share of the eligible monthly subscription revenue from that subscriber.

PAYMENT

Payment for revenue earned on content will be made monthly. You must enable payment by registering a payout account with our payment processer. Once your accumulated earnings have exceeded $50, a payment will be made during the month the threshold was met. Earnings will be posted monthly to the registered payout account.

CHANGES OR DISCONTINUATION OF CONTENT CREATOR PROGRAM

REALDiscovery LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Content Creator Program. REALDiscovery LLC will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or termination. REALDiscovery LLC may change these Content Creator Terms from time to time and will notify creators 30 days prior to any program changes taking effect.

COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

REALDiscovery LLC does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to HuntScore (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input, or submit to the HuntScore Site or its associated services (collectively "Content").

REALDiscovery LLC may prescreen Content, and REALDiscovery LLC and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the HuntScore Site.

You acknowledge that you either own the Content submitted or have authorization to make available the Content and hereby grant to REALDiscovery LLC a non-exclusive, fully-paid, royalty free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use for any purpose such Content as necessary in connection with the operation of the HuntScore Site including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Content; and to publish your name in connection with your Content. You agree that REALDiscovery LLC will not be required to treat any Content as confidential, and may use Content without incurring any liability. REALDiscovery LLC will treat any personal information that you submit through this site in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Content you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Content as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Content.

DUPLICATE CONTENT

We do not allow posting duplicate copies of the same content on HuntScore, whether from a single account or across multiple accounts, either publicly or as an unlisted story. (You are allowed to cross-post content from your blog to HuntScore, provided you own the rights for the content.)

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE

REALDiscovery LLC reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of these Terms of Service to the fullest extent of the law. REALDiscovery LLC may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who violate the Terms of Service. You acknowledge that REALDiscovery LLC has no obligation to prescreen or monitor your access to or use of the HuntScore Site or any information, materials or other content provided or made available through the HuntScore Site, but has the right to do so. You hereby agree that REALDiscovery LLC may, in the exercise of REALDiscovery LLC sole discretion, remove or delete any entries, information, materials or other content that violates these Terms of Service or that is otherwise objectionable.

If a user violates any of the terms outlined below, we reserve the right to cancel accounts or bar access to accounts without notice.

ADS, PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING

Third-party advertising and sponsorships are generally not allowed. While you may promote your own business, you may not advertise or promote third-party products, services, or brands through HuntScore unless specific preapproval has been given by HuntScore.

TERMINATION

REALDiscovery LLC, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your Account if you breach these Content Creator Terms of Service. REALDiscovery LLC may refuse to provide you any current or future use of the HuntScore Site, or any other REALDiscovery LLC service. Any termination of your Account will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account, denied access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. This information cannot be recovered from REALDiscovery LLC once your Account is terminated; however REALDiscovery LLC may for a time retain residual information in our backup and/or archival copies of our database.

INDEMNIFICATION

You Agree To indemnify and hold REALDiscovery LLC, Its Parents, Subsidiaries, Affiliates, Officers, Partners And Employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service, use of your account by any third party, the violation of the Terms Of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of REALDiscovery LLC
