Bounded on N by County Highway 144, Morgan County Roads W.5, 13.5,W, 28 and W.5, County Highway 71, Morgan County Road W.7 (which becomes Washington County Road 58 at County line), Washington County Road 58 (which becomes Logan County Road 17.7 at County line), Logan County Roads 17.7, 6 and US Highway 6; on E and S by US Highway 6 and I-76; on W by County Highway 144.

And that 20% species distribution may lie 100% within private lands. Does that sound confusing?
