Those portions of Granite and Powell Counties lying within the followingdescribed boundary: Beginning at Drummond south on Highway 1 to Boulder Creek at Maxville, southeasterly on FS 676 up Boulder Creek to Little Gold Creek, following Little Gold Creek northeasterly to FS 78452, then southeast to FS trail 8054, north to FS trail 8052 northeasterly until its intersection with FS 302, northeasterly on FS 302 until its junction with FS 645, north on the Gold Creek road to its intersection with Highway 90 and then northwest on Highway 90 until its intersection with Highway 1 at Drummond the point of beginning.
