Bounded on N by Morrow Point Reservoir, Gunnison River and Blue Mesa Reservoir; on E by County Highway 149, Cebolla Creek, Spring Creek, Cathedral Creek and Groundhog Park, and Spring Creek-Cochetopa Creek divide; on S by Continental Divide; on W by Hinsdale-San Juan County line, Hinsdale-Ouray County line, Cimarron River-Henson Creek divide, and Big Blue Creek-Little Cimarron River divide, US Highway 50 and Big Blue Creek.
